Hi, I’m Rodica Bahlas—founder of I'm Intuition Yoga and a lifelong believer in the power of inner wisdom.
For over 40 years, I’ve been practising and sharing intuitive yoga as a way to help people reconnect—with their bodies, their breath, and the quiet voice within. My journey hasn’t been about mastering poses or pushing limits—it’s been about learning to listen deeply, soften into presence, and honour the body’s natural intelligence.
I created I'm Intuition Yoga to be a safe, nurturing space where you don’t have to “perform” or fit into a box. Instead, you’re invited to:
This practice became even more personal after the loss of my husband. In the depth of that grief, it was through intuitive movement, breath, and stillness that I began to gently heal. I didn’t need a quick fix—I needed a way to feel, release, and slowly reconnect with myself.
Intuition Yoga gave me space to process the pain, honour the love, and begin again.
That season of loss gave birth to a new calling: to support others through their own seasons of overwhelm, change, or emotional heaviness. Whether you’re navigating grief, stress, or just seeking something more meaningful, Intuition Yoga is here to meet you where you are—with compassion, softness, and soul-led support.
Every class, session, book or retreat is shaped around the belief that you are your best teacher—I’m just here to hold space and gently guide you back to yourself.
